In 2013, the nearly 800,000-square-foot building was ready for its next transformative energy efficiency upgrade.

    A collaboration between Enerliance and Trane on the 2012 Loyola Marymount University chiller plant upgrade will pay for itself in just a few short years in the form of realized energy savings. Without LOBOS, the project would not have been funded and the university would not have benefited from the savings.

    The LOBOS integration at the Chandler Fashion Center occurred during the final stages of a comprehensive central plant and air handler upgrade. By completing the project in just three months, the installation was eligible for rebates totaling $168,905.

    With some help from Enerliance, the San Diego Convention Center was able to replace a 3,600-ton natural gas-fired absorption plant with a 2,400-ton Trane all-VFD, all-electric plant and reduce overall annual electricity consumption, allowing for an annual energy cost savings of 2.8 million kWh.

    Mountain States Regional Administrative Headquarters for Major Financial Institution

    A major financial institution contracted with LONG Building Technologies to perform HVAC building intelligence upgrades at their three-building Colorado Springs campus. The addition of LOBOS technology to the upgrade platform is slated to save the company an additional 1.1 kWh in annual energy savings.
