Enerliance Springs Into Conference Season
Thursday, March 20, 2014
When you think of April, what comes to mind? Blossoming trees? Melting snow? Bunny rabbits? Well, here at Enerliance, we think of conferences, summits and trade shows. Because in April, that’s how we get it done. There’s no time for daffodils. There’s no time for Peeps® or spring break. We’ve got a job to do.
Building Energy Summit
Kicking off our month of ubiquity is the Building Energy Summit on April 1, at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. The summit, now in its second year, provides an opportunity for interested parties to examine the obstacles and opportunities involved in creating a higher state of building efficiency.
This year we are providing sponsorship for the Summit’s D Track—a corporate/enterprise track focusing on strategies and solutions for comprehensive energy management across a large portfolio of properties.
In addition to the track’s sponsorship, Enerliance company president Ray Pustinger will be featured as a speaker on panel D3 – Balancing ROI, Tenant Satisfaction, and Corporate Responsibility.
The D Track in general and panel D3 in particular are bound to be informative, relevant and thought-provoking. We hope to see you there.
PLMA Spring Conference
Around 150 industry representatives are expected to attend the conference to discuss topics such as how to build DR program support within a company, policy and technology updates, and emerging market opportunities. There will also be a number of roundtable discussions on topics from competitive energy to demand response from the customer’s perspective. Enerliance president Ray Pustinger will participate in the Sponsor Showcase Lightning Round on Tuesday, April 15, from 5 p.m.–5:30 p.m., which will feature a discussion focusing on field application and utility case studies.
Online registration will be open through April 14. Get there early, and take advantage of the free ski day at Loveland Pass on April 13, sponsored by Skipping Stone.
And wrapping up our month-long conference-palooza will be our participation as a bronze-level sponsor at the Niagara Summit, April 27-29, at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
The Niagara Framework®, created by Tridium, is a software platform that allows for connectivity between a diverse body of systems and devices regardless of manufacturer. It allows for communication between building system controls with the end goal of creating more intelligent, more efficient building automation. Enerliance’s LOBOS software is built on the Niagara Framework. As members of the Niagara community, we are looking forward to sharing the ideas and advances that will help shape the future of the Niagara platform.
When not engaged in track sessions and discussions, attendees can explore numerous controls, intelligence and systems integration exhibitors. Enerliance will be set up at Booth #209. We are looking forward to sharing our own past year’s successes, and learning the latest in the Niagara community’s news and progress.
So, yeah, we’re busy. But we believe in LOBOS and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
